  3. I can't help thinking that the year of the Tiger ought to be very good for you. Less good, perhaps, for the shark.

    Happy New Year! (I can sing you a NY song, if you like - some poor fool taught me, years ago - my pronunciation is shot to pieces and my voices is quavery but I love singing it.)

    The Year of the Tiger is mum's year, and if she has a good year that will be good enough for me.

  5. I'm an ox/buffalo/cow. Tigers are obviously kind to me and fatten me up to make good eating.

    I'm Taurus as well - oxen in so many calendars.

    I hope you got more red packets than me. This year I was too tired to give any and no-one send me one. I got given some very fine chocs, though, which is going the way of all fine chocolate.
