The Dead Birds of North Melbourne

BEGIN

Some say he gave his life - kamikaze - to defend them.
Some say he flew too close to the sun.
(We know he saw his reflection on a windscreen.)

BETWEEN

END

We were never birds.

  2. Thank you, Nico. They're filtered through an iPhone app Instagram, which does some lovely things to light and colour balance. (And you being in Deutschland, i guess they ARE windows to another continent, heh.)

  5. There is no question but that the sky has no point of refrence. If you look down, there's a solid point, but it's dizzy-making, so don't.
