I had icecream for breakfast for the same reason.
I had an 8lt tub for breakfast when i was 16.why because i had 8lt of ice cream and it wasn't going to eat itself.and why is it one of those days?
It happens to me, too. Whether or not I feel better depends on what kind of ice cream I have in the freezer.
