I noticed weight training helped, and there is good medical evidence for this - a lot of RSI problems are caused by muscle wastage. Pump up the muscles and they don't press on nerves. <br /><br />I swap my mouse, adjust my chair up and down every few days, change the height of my monitor. And yesterday I was taking screen breaks with extreme stretches (yoga plough and yoga cow's face) followed by 5 slow press-ups. It felt better.Roz Morris aka @Roz_Morris .
